27 Oct 2023: Staging Platform outage

Please be informed that there is an outage with our staging platform due to an issue deploying the latest image to a Kubernetes node.


Earlier this week, one of the Kubernetes nodes in our cluster failed to deploy the latest image, resulting in an outage. Upon investigation, we identified the root cause as a lack of resources on the node leading to a failure in deploying the new image.


This outage has caused the platform to be completely unavailable. We understand many of you rely on the platform for critical work and sincerely apologize for the disruption


Our team is working diligently to redeploy a dramatically simplified set of services.

Expected Recovery Time:

Based on our diagnosis, we expect the issue to be fully resolved by Monday, Oct 30, 2023.
