Personal Data Accounts is a shortcut name for the within the HAT database, linked to an application. They enable applications to store data on the user's side. Data stored in PDAs provide full ownership and legal rights, enabling users to contract and license their data.

It is scalable for the largest apps and contains built-in robust security.
